We were struggling to find an employee survey mechanism to get regular feedback from employees. We tried one large comprehensive survey that gave good feedback but it was time consuming to respond to so it wasn’t practical to survey employees more than a couple of times per year. We tried using SurveyMonkey for some smaller internal surveys but it wasn’t 100% anonymous. You could still figure out who submitted certain responses if you really wanted to. Then I heard a business conference speaker tell us that TINYpulse is a must try tool for employers.
TINYpulse offered a two week free trial and it was extremely easy to set up. I had the first survey up and running in 15 minutes. It was an immediate hit! Our employees appreciated the opportunity to give anonymous input and to be heard. Plus the paid version includes a great feature called Cheers for Peers where colleagues can give each other pats on the back on a weekly basis.
TINYpulse has prepared questions for each week so you don’t have to spend a lot of time weekly deciding what the next survey question should be. However you can also replace the question at any time with your own custom question.
What’s the catch? The only catch is that you do need to make sure you respond to the feedback in some manner, whether it’s in writing, in a weekly status meeting, etc. so that employees know that their feedback is being heard and their input is valued.
I encourage you to check out the TINYpulse website today to learn more!
