We were struggling to find an employee survey mechanism to get regular feedback from employees. We tried one large comprehensive survey that gave good feedback but it was time consuming to respond to so it wasn’t practical to survey employees more than a couple of times per year. TINYpulse has prepared questions for each week so you don’t have to spend a lot of time weekly deciding what the next survey question should be. However you can also replace the question at any time with your own custom question.

What’s the catch? The only catch is that you do need to make sure you respond to the feedback in some manner, whether it’s in writing, in a weekly status meeting, etc. so that employees know that their feedback is being heard and their input is valued.
